Movement based meditation

With many years of somatic practices (Body-Mind Centering), dance (CI, contemporary dance), tai chi and qigong experiences, I can lead you through a meditation where the body is softly involved to refresh your body and mind. It can help you relax in everyday life, and energize yourself.

I can imagine a private or small group Zoom live, but I'm open for other suggestions as well.
