Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation can be a powerful engine for positive change. In these one-on-one coaching sessions, you will be provided the tools you need to construct your very own mindfulness meditation practice from scratch. No prior experience is necessary.

Why Meditate?

You are already stuck at home. Don’t just sit there… meditate!

Meditation has been scientifically proven to boost your health and happiness through: increased immunity, emotional regulation, focus, attention, memory, compassion, and stress reduction. It has been shown to shrink the size of your amygdala (the “fight or flight” center of the brain), while increasing grey matter and cortical thickness in areas responsible for awareness, concentration, and decision making. Recent discoveries in neuroscience have reinforced what ancient cultures have been telling us for thousands of years; it is actually possible to change the way your mind functions.

These sessions are aimed at helping provide you with the tools you need to calm and reclaim your mind.
