As an editor, I have more than nineteen years of experience. In my work, I preserve the tone and perspective of a text while making its message more concise and expressive.

My skills include substantive, developmental, line, and translation editing; proofreading; rewriting; project management; and research. My rate ranges from $30 to $55, depending on the type of work required.

Artist Bio: I was born in Putnam County, New York, to parents from China and Taiwan, and raised in suburban Boston. I grew up spending time in my mother’s biology lab and taking classical-music lessons on several instruments for 14 years. Comprising drawings, paintings, site-specific installations, and public artworks, my art interprets everyday traces of transformation in natural systems and the built environment. In addition to my visual-art practice, I perform Balinese music with Gamelan Dharma Swara, and I work as a freelance copyeditor and as an art handler for NYC museums. My art website is:
