I have 15 years experience as an administrator and thrive on organizing - files, website information, compiling documents, creating Excel sheets, budgeting, you name it! I have been a personal assistant to three people; a writer, healthcare worker and a teacher. Recently, I was a development assistant at New York University - assisting the Dean of Arts & Sciences. Whatever the job, I adapt to how YOU want to work and I listen carefully to the way you want to design your life and work.

Artist Bio: Mary Ellen Beaudreau is a Brooklyn-based administrator, producer, movement director, artistic director and writer/editor whose mission is to make the arts an accessible tool for life for people of any age or background. Mary Ellen held the positions of Development Assistant at New York University’s Arts & Science Development Department, Producer at Gibney Dance and Director of the Brooklyn Ballet School. She holds a MA in Choreography from Laban Conservatoire and a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School. Prior to her studies, Mary Ellen was a professional dancer and performed with Pilobolus Dance Theater, San Francisco Ballet and presented work at Classic Stage Company and Columbia University. In addition to creating dance-theatre works and continuing a 7-year collaboration with fashion designer, Jenny Lai, Mary Ellen is a natural caretaker, organizer, administrator and enjoys spending time in nature. Currently, Mary Ellen assists a seasoned writer, who worked with PBS’s Mr. Fred Rogers, with the preparation of her third book.
